First up, we have the festive Chefs-on-Show buffet from the folks over Beach Road Kitchen at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach.
Beach Roach Kitchen is pulling out all the stops for the Christmas weekend as there will actually be someone carving honey glazed ham and turkey from a live carving station.
Not to mention the festive Christmas fare like their Roasted Beef Tomahawk with mushroom sauce, Norweigan Salmon Wellington with sour cream, Winter Forest Logcake and more.
If you fancy a bit of alcohol, free-flow champagne, wine and beer can be added for $60++ per person.
