PSA: COVID-19 Muis Support Fund (CMSF) to Assist Eligible Muslim Households
With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting a majority of Singaporeans, it is important that we help each other out and provide information on any potential support schemes that can help us tide through this crisis.
On top of the various support packages and GST vouchers that were announced over the past few months, there are also various assistance packages in place.
COVID-19 Muis Support Fund (CMSF)
The Majilis Ugama Islan Singapura (Muis) will be allocating $1.6 million for the COVID-19 Muis Support Fund (CMSF) to help ease the financial burden of affected Muslim households.
Here are the details of the funds and who will be eligible for it.

There will be extra considerations for:
- Those who have not received other COVID-19 assistance schemes
- Those who were rejected from other COVID-19 assistance schemes
- Those whose pursuit of Islamic Learning was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic
How to Apply for COVID-19 Muis Support Fund (CMSF)?
The application period for this assistance will be from 10 August 2020 to 31 August 2020.
To apply, simply:
- Head over to go.gov.sg/CMSF
- You can also scan this QR code to apply
- Provide supporting documents in your application
Do take note that the application is limited to 1 application per household.
Upon successful application, the support payout will be distributed by mid-September 2020.
