As my family has a history of cancer, I was recently introduced to DNA Health tests.
I know what you are thinking.
It is not the type of paternity test to prove who are my real parents.
Apparently, DNA health testing can provide consumers with useful health-related information. It is said to be able to provide you with accurate insights on your risks of getting diagnosed with cancer, diseases and even the health of your brain.

Consumers should, however, take note of the type of cancer that these packages are testing for.
I am going for the type of cancer my family members were diagnosed with. - Most of these companies seem to have been in the DNA testing industry for a long time which is good for consumers.

How Does DNA Health Testing or a Genetics Test Work?
DNA health testing is really convenient these days.
All you need to do is purchase the package you are looking for online.
After which, a DNA sample collection kit will be delivered to your address. This usually comes with a swab kit to collect your saliva.
Once you have collected your saliva sample, ship the test sample back to the company. Some companies will even provide free delivery and return services.
You will then receive a report online for your test.
