Ensure you’ve opted into Google Pay rewards so that you can receive the rewards.

You can do so by checking your ‘Rewards Preference’ under ‘Settings’.

Lastly, any cashback received will be added to your PayNow-registered bank account linked to Google Pay and will expire after 45 days if you do not have an account linked.
