My friends who have partners are all applying for Built-To-Order (BTO) flats or talking about applying for one.
I guess getting a place of your own is the new engagement ring.
Meanwhile, I’m just thinking about retirement without a partner.
But anyway!
The upcoming HDB BTO launch in February 2022 will feature four estates: Tengah (Non-Mature Estate), Yishun (Non-Mature Estate), Geylang (Mature Estate), and Kallang/ Whampoa (Prime Location Public Housing Model).
“What are my chances like,” you ask?
There’s a total of six projects to choose from and 3,953 new flats available (includingĀ Prime Location Public Housing Model Flats).
Now, let’s have a closer look at the HDB BTO Launch for February 2022, shall we?

HDB BTO Launch February 2022 (Non-Mature Estates)
For non-mature estates, two HDB BTO launches are in the West, and two HDB BTO launches are in the North.
All the way in the West, we have two new additions to Tengah Town, which includes Parc Flora @ Tengah and Plantation Creek, with 1273 units for you to choose from in these two estates.
The proposed Tengah town will be home to multiple green initiatives, such as a centralised cooling system, green spaces like the central park and community farmways and a car-free town centre.
I’m just excited to see how it will be developed!
Further up towards the North, we have the Grove Spring @ Yishun, and Yishun Boardwalk launches, letting you choose between 1839 units from these two estates.
Parc Flora @ Tengah
Parc Flora @ Tengah is located in the Tengah Park district and is bounded by Tengah Drive and Tengah Garden Walk.
You can choose fromĀ 560 units of 2-Room Flexi, 3-Room, 4-Room, and 5-Room flats available for booking during the Parc Flora @ Tengah HDB BTO launch in February 2022.
Plantation Creek (Tengah)
Plantation Creek, on the other hand, is located in the Tengah Plantation district and will be bounded by Tengah Garden Avenue and Tengah Boulevard.
For those applying for the Plantation Creek HDB BTO launch in February 2022, 713 units of 4-Room, and 5-Room flats will be available for you to pick from.

Alternatively, you can also make a further trip down to bigger malls such as Paya Lebar Square or Paya Lebar Quarter if you’re gonna head down to City Plaza anyways.

How Much Will the King George’s Heights HDB BTO Flats Cost?
The last time we had an HDB BTO launch in Kallang/ Whampoa area was the McNair Heights HDB BTO launch in February 2021.

Unlike what you’d get with Northpoint or Tampines One, Kitchener Complex is not a fancy shopping centre.
It’s more like a pedestrian mall with a few simple shops and food options available.
