Singapore National Day 2023 and NDP Ballot (2023) for Tickets Guide
The National Day Parade 2023 ticket applications are open from Monday (29 May 2023) 12pm to Monday (12 June 2023) 12pm.
How Do I Get NDP Tickets? NDP Ballot Explained
This year, you can only apply for NDP 2023 tickets online.
NDP Ticket Application Guide: How to Ballot for NDP Tickets
Here is what you need to do to secure tickets:
- Go to https://form.gov.sg/6466efb7ab96fd0011a41192
- Fill up the whole FormSG online form with your Full Name, NRIC, Email, Mobile Number, Show Choice, Number of Tickets and click “SUBMIT”
- You will be sent a confirmation e-mail after you have successfully applied for the NDP 2023 tickets
- Note that applicants are advised to apply for tickets with their personal emails, as corporate emails with security features may reject the email notification.
NDP Tickets 2023 Results
Thereafter, successful applicants will be notified via their personal emails provided during the application from 23 to 28 June 2023.
The notification email will be sent from [email protected] to the personal email you entered during the application process. Do take note that emails will only come from this email address, and be sure to check, as you do not want to fall prey to an email scam.
NDP 2023 Ticket Collection
Successful applicants will be notified of the collection process for the collection of tickets.
Who Can Ballot for NDP? Can PR Apply for NDP Tickets?
Ticket applications are only open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents of all ages.
But note that all attendees will require a ticket for entry, regardless of age, including infants who are carried in the arms of adults.
NDP Preview and NDP Ticket Dates
Eligible applicants can apply for two, four, or six tickets to the:
- NDP Preview 1 (Saturday, 22 July 23)
- NDP Preview 2 (Saturday, 29 July 22)
- NDP 2023 (Wednesday, 9 August 2023).
So here’s the thing, each person who applies is entitled to only one ballot chance regardless of whether you opt for two (2), four (4) or six (6) tickets.
How Do I Increase My Chances Of Getting NDP Tickets?
Firstly, tickets are not given on a first-come-first-served basis.
So, relax.
You don’t have to submit your application RIGHT NOW (unless you’re reading this at 11pm on 12 June 2023…)
Pictured above: This is metaphorical ah. Applications are submitted online…All valid applications will go through an electronic balloting system, so it’s really heng suay (Hokkien for lucky or unlucky) one.
But there’s one way to increase your chances of getting a ticket.
So here’s the thing, each person who applies is entitled to only one ballot chance regardless of whether you opt for two, four or six tickets.
The only good thing about this is you can always re-apply anytime (within the valid application period) if you suddenly decide that you don’t need six tickets after all and would be happier with just two.
To increase your chances of getting a ticket, all you gotta do is convince your ENTIRE family, plus five uncles and aunts, their kids, and their grandkids, to put their names down for a ticket and get them to agree to give it to you. Provided that they have no desire to attend the parade, of course.
After all, more people applying means more chance of getting it right…

Note that for NDP tickets, the NDP organising committee has warned that:
To prevent the misuse of NDP tickets, it is recommended that you pass the tickets to your trusted family and friends only.
NDP tickets are only allotted based on balloting and are strictly NOT FOR SALE. Any discovered attempts to do so will result in the tickets made void. Actions will be taken against offenders.
NDP tickets are strictly NOT FOR SALE. Please do not buy tickets via those sites. Entry to the venue may be denied to those with purchased tickets.
When And How Do I Collect The NDP 2023 (Funpacks) Packs?
The NDP Packs, previously known as the NDP Fun Packs, will be distributed to attendees at The Padang and will be packed full of food, beverages and interactive items.
More information about the NDP packs will be released at a later date.

The main parade for NDP 2023 will be held at The Padang:
Some of the key highlights in this segment include:
- A Total Defence Parade with floats and assets from the Singapore Armed Forces and the Home Team
- State Flag Flypast
- Presidential Gun Salute
- And an enhanced Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Aerial Display.
What About NDP Fireworks 2023 Timing?

Besides watching the National Day Parade from the comfort of your home, you can also participate in the NDP@Heartlands celebrations that are happening over the NDP weekend on 5 to 6 August and 9 August 2023
five heartland locations across Singapore: Bedok Stadium, Jurong West Stadium, Toa Payoh Stadium, Woodlands Stadium (5 and 6 Aug) and Our Tampines Hub (6 Aug). You can also catch the fireworks display at all five sites on 9 August and catch the island flypast across Singapore.
