For those who are really into music festivals and raves, Tomorrowland is the Holy Grail of music festivals.

Some may even call it the “Mother of All Music Festivals”. Heading to Tomorrowland officially became part of my bucket list after my first ZoukOut experience. Despite not remembering the festival entirely, I remember having so much fun.

Since I am already planning to be part of the magical fairy tale experience at Tomorrowland, I might as well share all my findings and compile them for interested Singaporeans to join me.

What is Tomorrowland?

Not to be confused with Neverland (the Thai Disco), Tomorrowland is one of the world’s largest electronic music festival held in Belgium.

Where Is Tomorrowland Located At?

Situated in between Antwerp and Brussels, Tomorrowland takes place annually in the town of Boom (De Schorre), Belgium.

The first Tomorrowland happened on 14 August 2005.

Tomorrowland has since over the years become one of the largest music festivals worldwide attracting headliners such as Tiësto, Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers, David Guetta, just to name a few.

The festival is huge on production to make sure that you enter a whole new different world over the course of the festival. A huge amount of effort is being put into transforming the whole town into a fairytale theme, and they even took care of minor details such as your Tomorrowland Bracelet for payment at the festival.

Tomorrowland festival is now held over two weekends and tickets to the festival usually sell out within minutes.

How To Go To Tomorrowland From Singapore?

The dates for Tomorrowland Belgium 2020 are out, and it will be held over two weekends in July 2020.

The first weekend will be from 17 July 2020 to 19 July 2020, and the second weekend from 24 July 2020 to 26 July 2020.

Before diving into the various cost, it is important to ask yourself how much time are you willing to sacrifice, planning this getaway.

Flying to Brussels for Tomorrowland

Before we get the party started, it is important we fly over to cities such as Brussels where there are various transport options to the festival.

We did a little calculation on the cost of a round trip flight ticket from Singapore to Brussels for the festival weekends.

How Much Does Tomorrowland Tickets Cost?

If you are planning to craft out your own itinerary and plan the whole adventure from scratch, getting a Day Pass makes sense while you plan your own lodging and transport. This can probably help you save some cost since you are able to make a decision at every choice.

The only downside is the number of decisions you need to make.

• Dreamville: You can choose to stay at Dreamville, which provides camping accommodations for every budget. This option will be for individuals who are looking to fully immerse into the whole festival without breaking the bank.
• Hotels and hostels: If you are looking for the all familiar lodging option, there are also hotels and hostels available. While some of these options provide more comfort, the downside of it is the need to travel to the festival ground. Unlike Dreamville which is located at the festival ground, some of the hostels and hotels require you to commute.
