BTO May 2022 Launch Preview: Bukit Merah, Queenstown, Toa Payoh, Yishun & Jurong West BTOs
Just like how a bird eventually grows old enough to leave its nest, we will find our own places to live in as we grow older.
Not gonna lie; I’ve always wanted a place of my own, and looking at BTOs certainly gets enticing.
There’s the most recent February 2022 Build to Order (BTO) exercise, which offered new HDB flats spread across six projects in Tengah, Yishun, Geylang, and Kallang/Whampoa.
Most notably, Kallang Whampoa was a Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) Model BTO project.
There’s also the upcoming May 2022 HDB BTO launch; there will be six projects available to choose from.
And this launch will see an estimated total of 4,583 new flats which consist of three mature estate BTO projects, and two other BTO projects in non-mature estates.
The mature estates include Bukit Merah, Toa Payoh, and Queenstown.
Also, the Bukit Merah and Queenstown BTOs will be categorised under the new Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) Model.
Whereas the non-mature estates are located in Jurong West and Yishun.
